    Didn't see much on the website that we needed and didn't see much that I wanted. Finally got around to placing and order for the 3 things ..... hope they come through as in stock!


    I know it says 'keep checking back for new stoc' (something like that) but I haven't seen anything new :confused:

    ps. CS rep told me the best time to call is just after 8pm .... erm, but now we all know ... it probably isn't :rotfl:

    well having told them my pots were broken, they said they would replace them which was fine by me but then today i get an email telling me myorder has been dispatched... said order is everything i have already ordered EXCEPT the pots which have been refunded cos they are out of stock

    hmmm now whilst i am happy to have all the same again i dont want to pay twice but i have this funny feeling i am only going to be charged once.. shall have to check with credit card company

    so if i only been charged the once anyone want any towels lol

    There email might just be slow in arriving. I know that when i got an email saying my stuff had been dispatched i had already received it! As long as you get your cash back, i did ok, then thats ok.

    Can i ask how you have got on since your last post please Domski? I am now having big dramas with HDNL. I ordered on 23 Feb and I missed delivery twice on 1 and 2 March (my status says i was carded 3 times but I wasnt) and I have phoned 5 times now regarding redelivery, each time someone telling me it will be within the next 24-48 hours. I phoned HDNL tonight and was told they are actually only paid to attempt delivery twice before returning to sender!!!! :mad: So my other 4 telephone calls to them were complete lies :mad:

    A CS manager from HDNL is supposed to be ringing me back tomorrow to tell me if studio will pay for another delivery attempt or whether it has been sent back. A fair few bits of my order are out of stock on the website now too. i am sooo mad:mad: I wish I hadn't bothered ordering now

    I'm having mega problems too. Have been carded twice and promised a call back from the depot, which of course you can't call directly. It's now one week later and no reply. Told by cs its my fault for not ringing back earlier to tell them I haven,t been contacted :eek:
    Have put in a complaint and am having it redelivered to mother in laws--but not until 4 days time :mad: so still no stuff. Have never tried to communicate with such a bunch of morons. Suggest they use other carriers, they may be cheap but so's the service. Retention of customer base will be a non starter no matter how cheap the goods. :rotfl:

    i am still waiting on missing parcel which acc to the tracker has been delivered to me but had 4 items missing
    its been 10 days and no satisfactory reply from customer services except to wait
    is it legal for them to have charged for all the items without being able to deliver them

    Sorry to those guys having problems. I ordered sunday night and got half my order today. bargainatious 3 shelf bookcase and over door baskets/shelves - good build for the price and larger than i thought, don't fit inside my pantry door unfortunately so have to sit outside. ah well. looking forward to the rest of the stuff

    Received both our orders this week - fantastic!!! What a fab company :) Mum saw what we got and was astonished at the price so ordered stuff for herself too :)
    Everyone has a photographic memory, it's just some of them don't have film.
