It appears they are experiencing difficulty coping as too many people have ordered all at once, & they are not accustomed to this (to few/inefficient staff or whatever). No excuse for the bad service - but at least that may be a reasonable explanation for some of the 'shambles'. If this was Amazon or Argos, I'd understand the frustration. For an almost unheard of smallish(?) company, they've got a lot right too. Edited 1: There you go - another satisfied customer in dollop (in the post above).
My order (15 items, dated 5/03/06) is now in the 'despatched' stage &, not surprisingly, haven't received anything yet. To be honest I'm not expecting too much because of all the complaints so far, & the lateness of my order - should've ordered on 22/02 when these bargains were posted - the 'early bird...' & all that!
Anyway, if things don't work out perfectly, I'll be quite satisfied if they make a full refund for all the wrong/undelivered/damaged items- at these low low prices, can't ask for more really, can you? G

Im afraid the customer service Ive experienced is terrible. After 10 days waiting, 2 items were missing and a third 2 sizes to large I sent an email, asking for the missing items and the top in the right size. This was my response:
"I have arranged a collection for you; the courier will call to pick up the parcel within the next 2-7 days. Please ensure you complete the Goods Return Form found on the back of the invoice and follow the instructions carefully.
I have arranged a collection for all 3 items."
Not even a hint of an apology! :mad: and they obviously havent taken the time to read my email properly, why do they need to pick 3 items up?! I have two missing and a third the wrong size. Plonkers! Not happy. :eek:0 -
goofy i dont think the website has been going that long and also i fink theyve been bombarded with epople buying off there,what you will find is u will get your stuff and it might come in dibs and drabs but at these prices we cant complain i reckon after a few months there wont be any problems i just reckon there having teething troubles i fink at the end of the day as long as the goods come in the end at them prices who cares lolIt`s getting to the point0

I agree with the comments that they do not take the time to read the e-mails you send them properly. I think they ignore the complaining part and go straight to the problem be it wrong item ( I got a totally different brand of jeans from the order I placed) or wrong sizes, all they then do is send the standard we will collect it from you. Must say however that whoever collects is much quicker than the delivery company. My wrong item was picked up within 24hrs. It is possibly due to the high demand and no staff.
I would be interested in what project manager has to say but he/she is sadly conspicuous by his/her absence!!!!!!!The victims we know so well

it is not 'cheap tat', I have used studio for many years and it has always been good quality. it is not true that the items arrive damaged or not at all, both my orders from the outlet centre were complete and all items were in one piece. They have only been going as an outlet site for about 3 weeks, and I think earlier in this thread you will find they were surprised by the number of orders rec'd in the first few days - through the advertising of it on this site. Yes, the CS needs to be sorted, but again, I think that is due to the overwhelming response they have had on starting up. You have tried to generalise this company yet really, what you should have said is In my experience. A large number of ppl have had their order problems resolved and I think to say Avoid this company is a bit OTT.0 -
All my stuff has been exellent quality,the childrens Quicksilver clothing would normally cost the earth. Hushpuppy shoes are like Gloves. Definetly not tat.
I think that they were not expecting such a demand from a site this size.

My heads in a shed originally ordered 4 items ended up with 2, one was totally the wrong shoes in the right size , sent them e-mail asking for exchange , courier came tuesday took shoes back. e-mailed last night to ask if they had sent the originals out, replied this morning saying they were out of stock, however show as being in stock on web site. i have just e-mailed them again saying this, for the 1 item i have and the p and p i have not got such a bargain this order was invoiced at studio on the 27 feb so am now getting more than a little tetchy:hello:What goes around - comes around

Placed 2 orders....2 items out of 15 arrived from the first one and then apparently the rest were delivered and signed for. No-one was home at all that day....that is being investigated. Now my 2nd order says it has been despatched but there is no further information. The money was taken from my bank 2 weeks ago.... I would just like a refund and won't be ordering ever again0
