I'm the same, ordered 2 weeks ago and received nothing but the occasional refund due to item out of stock. They took my money out of my bank the next day i ordered and as yet i've received diddly squat!!

I think what's happened here is that the company can't keep up with the demands for the new orders they have received so they must have a good lot of backlogged items. I think half the stuff on their website are actually out of stock and they don't have the system to update these things.

So overall good prices but crap company set up, they are well over their heads at the moment!!

I had my 3rd order arrive yesterday, everything in stock and fantastic quality, not a peice of tat in sight :j

I am also really pleased with my second order. Sorry to hear about others' problems though.

I have just recieved a response back from my email i sent them. My third email in 10 days with no response, i think i only got a response as i threatened to go to my trading standards officer. I just wanted my £1 back (wrong trainers sent which were cheaper but i was happy to keep) so they have offered me £3. I also put in the email that there are a lot of people on this site who are not happy with their service.

Just recieved my second order 1 item out of stock full refund no problems at all,very pleased with all the things i`ve purchased with this company and would like them to hurry up and update there site with new goods.Sorry to hear the horror stories of some of you but i take the company as i find them, so up to now well pleased. !!!

I recieved my second parcel 3 days after the first. Very pleased with everthing but one item was missing. Emailed customer services and had a reply within the hour stating that my missing item would be sent out immediatley and it would also be refunded! Good result - will wait and see if it turns up now!

They really should email customers to inform them they havent shipped a product as its no longer in stock or that they've sent a different size, I guess they realise they have items missing on some of the orders but still ship it anyway and wait for the customer to get back to them, bit annoying. Dont think ill be using them again for a while, until they get their cs sorted out. Had a total nightmare myself. :rolleyes:

Just recieved my delivery after 18 days .

According to website all items in 1 package. It arrived in a damaged plastic sack with a large hole in it that had been taped up and 4 items are missing, wether not packed , lost or stolen I have no idea. But what person in their right mind would pack a heavy cast iron griddle in a plastic sack along with other items ?

Irate email sent to CS manager , 4th email + 2 phone calls and still not right .

A complete and utter useless shower of incompetants !

I think that might be down to the P.O or courier as all my stuff has come in a heavyweight cardboard box and sealed.

Hope you get it sorted.
