well the rest of my order came today which am really pleased with my sisters order came today shes well chuffed and am now awaiting my 2nd order and have now places a thirs order all my stuff came within 7 to 10 days even if it did come in dribs and drabs its was well worth the wait im really really chuffed and once again may i say thanks to the poster for finding this brilliant site,i just wish theyd move there butts n get some more stuff on lol

I placed a second order on Monday and one of the items also came yesterday. There was 3 items which were out of stock on my second order and my account has been refunded in full.

Placed my order on Tuesday and according to their site, it is in progress. Missed a delivery today, guess that is my order, so don't always believe what their order status says.

Just received my second order in two weeks, took 10 days to come and I must say im rather disappointed. 2 items were missing, and a third item of clothing was sent 2 sizes bigger than I ordered. My hubbys not an XXL! Not happy as I bet ill have to wait another 10 days for the replacement (if they still have it in stock). Ive emailed them, I guess they send someone to come pick the wrong item up?

what a bummer, seems to be a few people with problem orders on here now.

One of my items is far to large,i paid £3.49 for it.
You have to send them back yourselves,so i searched a site called ebay and found one selling for £13.50,with hours to go,so if mine sells for anything like that,quids in!!

What the !!!! After being told my stuff had been despatched, the entire order is now supposedly out of stock!!!

This is after they had charged my card as well, thus I thought a contract had been formed?

Any thoughts? I'll never deal with this shambolic company again.

That's awful Simon - I'm sorry you've had such a bad experience with them. I dont mean to sound harsh but although no company should act this way, this time I'm tempted to say, at these prices you pays yer money and takes yer chances. However, I am sure someone will be along shortly to comment on the legal side of taking funds then cancelling. I'm reluctant to slate them as my first order was wonderful and I am awaiting my second. I hope you get it sorted asap.

Is the tracker not working for anyone else? I could view my first order perfectly (they took one day from delivery status email to actual delivery) but my second says "No order found" when I click the Go button on a line item. Its three days since the delivery email now.

Also, did anyone else order the overdoor rack? It's ok but I cant close my kitchen door now :rotfl:. Has anyone else managed it?
