I have had an idea all. Many people on here have said they ordered 15 items and only 2 came, all the rest are out of order Etc. Well maybe everyone could write what is out of stock, we could make a collection on here, keep it updated and we could all help each other out. I am happy to keep updated as I come on here pretty often. Also maybe could write what they think the site could change and we could write a joined email from "a high percentage of their customers"

The 2 things out of stock on my order (which I got a full refund straight away for were:

Got an email saying I have been refunded for the missing items .

Recieved my order today, so I thought, only one item was sent out of the 5, worst of all the invoice said all items were in the package. So I tried ringing them after about 40 minutes of crap music I gave up. So I sent an email saying that if I do not get a response I will be writing to the managing director, low and behold an email saying that I will be personally contacted at 3pm tomorrow.
Lets see what happens

uh oh it seems to be getting worse. they need to sort out their stock control, seems all over the place, theres quite a few reports of missing and wrong size items now.

I recieved my first order ok, but my second order was all out of stock.
Just checked my credit card online and whilst they've refunded me for the items I ordered, they have'nt refunded the post and packing charge, so make sure you check.
Pleased though with the stuff I did get and would use them again.

Got all my first order through yesturday :-) Very pleased with it just wish I had ordered a few of each of the items instead of only 1 for the price I got them at.

Second order is still processing - hopefully will be as good as the first though.

Not sure how the order numbers work but I put the second order on 2 days after the first and in that time the number had increased by around 1,600 so I guess if they do increment the number by one they are certainly getting a lot of sales (probably far more than they ever expected).

Well an update.
After telling them I would contact the MD about this I recieved my phone call today 45 minutes early apologising for the mess up, a refund has been arranged and a whole new set of replacement stock is coming in for me free of charge. of course I believe it when I see it.

I will update when it happens.

most stock seems to be depleted now and tbh i think i've ordered pretty much everything they where offering at the beginning

I have just noticed tho that the jolly whale bath sheets have been increased to £2.49 from £1.99 has anyone noticed any other price increases ? i bought stacks of these towels and only paid £1.99 for each

By the way, I received 12 of 16 items ordered in one parcel (they promised to make a full refund for the out of stock items). All lovely stuff for the money - very pleased . Made another order this afternoon. Will be very much looking forward to their next sale - whenever that is G

Received Part1 of my Order last week 1 Item, the bulk of it today and have 3 outstanding items, Speedo towels and Speedo Bag
Have to say, Bedlinen excellent, cost £3.49 for a single set, got 1 in Pink and 1 in Lilac..daughter very happy.
The brass towel rail, excellent....shoes..all new (was worried that they were returns, and someone had worn them)
School trousers excellent at £1.49, brought some similar from the catalogue cost me £12.99 each....lasted 2 weeks then snagged beyond repair...will buy some more.
