sorry if this has been asked before but its a very long thread - is there anything like quidco that could be used to increase savings?

I don't know if I'm right but the housejold stuff seems to be delivered ok it's when you order clothing or footwear that the problems start.
My bedding was all delivered and I was so pleased, however ran into major problems with clothing and footwear, now out of stock and getting a refund

My problem is getting the ****delivered. HDL are unbelievably awful. Involves us in a 40 mile round trip as we are out most days. HDL won't tell us the secret locationof the depot. Not the right procedure! Depot won't contact us , only leaves answer message which doesn't say where they are. HDL say it can be redirected but depot won't accept it. DHL manager Wendy, refused to speak to me. When pushed told an operative to tell me she would ring back later that evening. Of course never did!! Have to say Studio customer srvices are doing a great job trying to sort this out. Up to 3 week delay delivering now and rising...like my blood pressure. I have NEVER EVER dealt with such a totally rubbish company as HDL. For gawds sake change carriers Studio, they must be costing you a great deal of business and diverting time away from your own CS problems....

having read how crap they are, i cant be bothered to send back the items i didnt actually order, they just sent some totally inappropriate replacement. But am I actually likley to see a refund for the items out of stock?

Just took delivery of my order! Everything is there ... 4 items! I'm very suprised I actually got it all after reading most the posts on this thread! Delivery driver did look very stressed .. he had 2 other parcels with him from Studio too!

Just been emailed to say that all my 26 items (clothes) are all despatched!!!!!

What chance do you think I have of everything being in the parcel????

ive had 3 refunds now all without prompting they do seem to honour these so dont worry

i have had 3 deliverys all complete now,including shoes/trainers,bedding,jackets and watches.

got my 4th order in progress now no hassles only 3 items needing refunding happy buuny

Seeing that most of the original offers have now been withdrawn or are only available in a few sizes plus the fact that new items are few and far between I feel that this site was only intended as a last ditch attempt to clear old stock and will probably close within the next month !
