    I received my parcel today, it took exactly 10 days since ordering and 3 since it changed the status to "dispatched" (delivered via Business Express although the parcel tracking number kept coming as non recognised when I tried to track it via their webpage)

    Of my 4 items, 1 was out of stock (men's brown hush puppies shoes) and I can see in my card statement that I have been refunded already.

    Items are top quality, specially the baroque towels! thick cotton. And the red hush puppies couldn't be any nicer, and they are also the size ordered. I was a bit wary after reading comments in here.

    Overall really happy bunny!

    (and no, since they are a pretty new site you cannot find them in quidco, rpoints and the lot yet...hopefully in the future!)

    I placed a large order with Studio Outlet on the 1st March. I have used the tracking faciclity which says that they (business express) have attempted to deliver on four separate occasions but there is an 'address query'.

    I contacted Studio Outlet to find out what the problem was. The woman was mystified as to why my order has an address query as it can easily be found in any A-Z.

    She explained that I needed to contact Business Express directly to try and find out what the problem was.

    There is NO WAY to contact them directly, they don't have a phone number and their web site re-directs you to a Littlewoods web page. There is absolutely no where that you can send them an email so I have had to click on to their job application section and send a communication via the application form.

    I still have not heard from them and Studio Outlet explained that the parcel will probably be returned to them and my account refunded.

    NOT good!! Any suggestions??

    I placed an order and got everything I ordered. Lovely quilted bedspreads. We are re-decorating our bed and breakfast letting rooms and what a bargain these were at only £7.99 each, plus they are gorgeous. Got my daughter a pair of sketcher trainers for £4.99. You can hardly buy a pair of plimsoles for that. Great site. Thanks to the op.

    when they left it at my neighbours there was a card with a number for my local office...I don't have it anymore but perhaps someone here might have one still lying about..if you can get a local office number they should be able to put you through to the correct office for you....

    1st point - why are you contacting them direct? Studio employed them to deliver the goods, they should find out why they havent!

    2nd - the t&c mentions a £5 charge (plus your original p&p) if the goods are returned undeliverable - watch they dont charge you for it.

    I'd email them and complain about your goods still not having been delivered. You will probably get the standard 'wait a few more days' reply, but then you can email them back and tell them how many days you've already waited.

    For those waiting on credits, check your statement carefully - my first order showed as Delivered when actually all that was delivered (by HDL) was the invoice. Was told I would receive full credit and I should reorder - I have reordered (still awaiting delivery) however on check credit, each item was credited individually and for one item credit was for 1 off when I had ordered 2 off and of course they have not credited delivery - sent mail waiting reply.
