I can't fault their customer service. I ordered some items a few weeks ago and there was a problem when I input my payment details. Upon checking my bank transactions I noticed that my account had been debited by Studio Outlet but no order was showing. When I rang their customer services about this, they swiftly refunded the money and sent me a tin of Caburys Roses...yummy!0

i bought some shoes with them and they came with in a week and no problems there i have to say well done to them but i do see some complaints flying around so i guess some are lucky and some not so !!0

my bookcase arrived yesterday lol it hasnt well half travelled lol it went from there depot to oldham to glasgow to birmingham back to manchester n i got it delivered lol so it been on a 600 mile round trip lol am not complaining i just found it funny and it was great value for 3.99 if anyone out there is listening moveeeeeeeeeeee your butts n get some more stock on lolIt`s getting to the point0
