Actually i don't think you have much of a problem, i've encountered this before on a different web site, they will send you confirmation by email and at the end of the day they would have to refund asap if they did deduct in error. So you won't lose out.

I received my order last week with heaps of stuff out of stock, got some good things thou and the Quiksilver black jacket is very nice.

Oh right! nice one! I still can't get the order through.. mmmm now I'm thinking about the Quicksilver Jacket!!!! best go back and revise the order and re-submit. :cool:

I haven't had a single e.mail and I did get them with my first two orders so I shouldn't worry then like you said.

Sounds like it's crashed, best thing to do is close down the Web Site and reopen then order. It should work shortly.

Maybe there's too much demand just now and too many people on the site paying at once. Web site can't cope...

They have got back to me already twice today, once saying there is a good chance the coffee set is an alternative to the one i ordered and sorry. I then replied saying well why wasnt i told first as this isnt the one i wanted and i hope i wont have to pay to return it. They then got back to me a few hours later saying its ok dont return it but we will refund you anyway. So thats my coffee set for free. And it genuinely isnt the one i really wanted. Might be handy for a xmas pressie tho.

I got nearly everything I ordered and notification of a couple of 'out of stocks'. I just wanted to give Studio Outlets ++++ for quality of goods but -- for convenience of delivery. We had to arrange to be in for two days to get delivery of a parcel that had to be signed for (surely it could be left at back of house?) - and the automatic address recogniser doesn't recognise my work postcode, so I can't use that as an alternative.
Anyone managed to overide that silly postcode/address recogniser?

I don't think you can blame them for the delivery as they use courier services, i'm sure they will work this out in the end and find a better courier service to use.

By the way this is the same company as Studio Cards - if you have ever heard of them...

Hi, Well I think they ar great! I ordered when this site was first posted here, all of my items came and were excellent. Didnt need to contact them for any reason at all. today however I recieved a parcel from them with a slip of paper saying 'with our compliments' inside was a tin of cadburys roses!

I think they're great too! :T I've just received the second and final part of my second order with them, and have had no problems whatsoever :T

The only gripe I have is I wish they had more items on their site!
