Im still waiting for 2 missing items from an order over 2 weeks ago and have been told another item they sent me in the wrong size is now out of stock. Yippee! :rolleyes:

Placed my order 08/03, changed to In Progress 10/03, changed to Dispatched 15/03. Just checked online and it says 'Complete' .... so, fingers crossed I actually get the order today or tomorrow!

The Managing Directors name is Pat Matthews, say that if it is not sorted that your will contact him personally as you have had previous dealings with him. This is what i have said and so far has seemed to have worked.

I placed an order 1st March. Despatched in 3 parcels - received 2 parcels. 3 items missing in 1 parcel. Items also out of stock. Last parcel despatched 10th but not showing on tracker. Emailed CS and have been told to wait 10-14 days for delivery!
I have just emailed CS again to tell them they need to address the delivery schedule. I expect to wait 10-14 days from order not from when they finally decide to give my order to the courier. :wall:

odd, ordered on monday, yesterday had another email saying order status changed on 1 item to dispatched and today it turned up.

was expecting to be waiting for at least 10 days.

item that seems in stock as i got it delivered today is

cherry wood mirror £10.99

looks decent quality, not like the shabby mirrors you get from homebase or b&q.

looks to me like they have removed the out of stock items, less on there than the other day

There are more items on there, just had a look at the mens clothing, the ben sherman shirts at the end are new, have not looked for anything else yet though!
