I am yet ANOTHER Happy, satisfied customer and have found customer service, packaging and the quality of goods to be fine! I do feel sorry for everyone out there who have had problems but at the end of the day the website had only been up and running for a couple of days when they got bombarded with orders and for that reason I think everyone should have a bit more patience and understanding
Anyone who has had problems with delivery should write to Studio and complain, this SHOULD help them with choosing a better system/delivery service in the future. Come on people, give them a chance, we can`t all be perfect all of the time, especially when its something new

Another sorry tale here !
I ordered numerous items a few weeks ago.
Have received 2 of the items.
Had an email last Friday saying all the remaining goods were despatched.
Had an email today saying that the goods they supposedly despatched last Friday were now out of stock and I wll be getting a refund !!
How the **** does that work?

If our company offered customer service of this level we'd all be out of a job !0 -
yup they seem ok when the items are in stock, yet when they are not they ship orders anyways and dont notify customers or they send different size, thats where the terrible cs comes into place and all hell breaks lose. In a pain in the backside finding items are missing and in the wrong size, then emailing them, then waiting and sorting out pickups, replacements, refunds blah blah blah. They should just tell the customer an item isnt in stock before they ship it.0

My 2nd order is still showing as in progress. it was ordered 10 days ago, and cs now say to allow 7-10 WORKING days for delivery.*** Friends are angels who lift us to our feet when our wings have trouble remembering how to fly ***

yup, orders seem to generally go smoothly when they have the stuff in stock, my first one did. Though doesnt explain my two missing items (which they are still selling), so must have been having a bad day.0

some order just come in dribs and drabs i wouldnt worry about it all mine seem to have come seprately,there having teething troubles,but at them prices as long as they arrive who cares lolIt`s getting to the point0
