I'm not very happy at the moment, I had 4 items due to be delivered, on tracking all showing as delivered to me last week however 2 items missing from the parcel, I've tried to sort this out with them since last week, I've sent umpteen e-mails, eventually they sent me an e-mail back saying they are sorry 1 item was missing from parcel when I clearly stated there were 2. The thing I don't like is having to contact by email as you can't get your point across to them. I suppose there's a price to pay for getting things so cheap

hi tim i am in the same boat waiting for 4 missing items though acc to their tracking they have been delivered
except for waiting customer service don't seem to have a clue

very happy with my items - i got a large cd holder for £5ish which holds loads of cds (still not big enough for sons collection lol) and a bookcase for £5ish which is brilliant quality - not cheaply made at all - very very happy......

I only received 2 items from my first large order. I have signed forms stating the items are missing and were not delivered as specified now. I had an email this morning showing documents signed on the supposed day of delivery with signatures on them! They are not my signature! Has this happened to anyone else....the delivery is now being investigated. I am shocked someone would pretend I had signed for parcels....that is fraud.

i am on my 4th order now and im nearly up to date nearly recived every item and the latest ive had to wait was 2 days over,this parcels going missing seems to be an area thing im sure because there are a lot of satisfied customers out there,also ive only had one item out of stock which is great because ive ordered quite a lot,wonderfull value for money,however i do feel for the people that are having probs but i like i say it could well be an area thing.

Steve was wondering how and where i could get the managing directors details. I have yet to receive my items that i ordered on Feb 23rd and everytime i email i get a cut and paste response to wait a few more days. Even though it has been at the local depot since the 2nd of march and obviousley lost. Looks like i got to up the ante with a stern letter.

I received my order only because it was signed for by a neighbour - otherwise it would have been rejected.
The sad thing though is the one item I realy wanted was initially posted as in Progress and then changed a week later to Cannot Supply.
This was the Quilt Bale. Did anyone get one as it seemed a real bargain and the reason I got a load of linen to go with it.
I'm still hoping more stock will arrive, but not counting my chickens ...

I had a reply today to say that I was being refunded for the 2 items and a re-order was being arranged, goodness knows what that means. Am I getting my money back ? Am I getting my goods ? you're guess is as good as mine

I got my quilt bale and the 8 duvet sets I ordered....plus one I didn't order! Excellent value for just under £43 delivered.
