Did you not copy the vouchers?? If so, just re-send by recorded.
I always copy the vouchers and save and even double-up by emailing them to another email address as an attachment, just in case I have problems with a laptop. I personally would never send vouchers without using recorded mail, a must in my book.

My last claim was signed for this morning and updated as accepted this afternoon - very quick, though still slow paying - worth the wait though as this was an 18 month free on an 18 month contract, free phone (LG Cookie) and cashback via Topcashback. :money:

I haven't read all previous posts but I took out a contract with BMP last year and they honoured the 1st two cashback payments. I sent all the bills and voucher for the 3rd (worth £72) and they say they never received it........so tough. That's how they make their money? Does anyone know if there's anything I can do about it?

Like all cashback dealers, they make their money through those who don't follow the groundrules and cover themselves. There is absolutely no reason why anyone should not claim successfully - unless the dealer goes bust. I've never sent anything to them recorded or had a problem; but I would know about it pretty quickly if I did and take immediate action. Without the vouchers tough is the word and I can't say I really blame them. Should they offer to honour the claim without the voucher it would be a gesture of goodwill.

How do you know it was updated as accepted this afternoon - via your account on their website??

If so my account does not seem to currently have anything about claims on it. Is this added when you make your first claim?

Received email yesterday giving accepted update and timescale for payment.
Also if you log into your account it shows under "order status" and under "completed cashback claims", gives an update and even shows voucher number!! All past and current claims are visible.

    Good luck.

Thanks for that Lynsey. I have got to make my first claim in two months time and it is nice to know what to expect.

Keep them vouchers safe Harryo, save them or/and copy them, but keep them safe.

Thanks Lynsey. I have listened to the wise words which have been aired on this thread. I have scanned them and saved them on my computer, put them on the laptop, uploaded them to my cloud storage and send an email to a web email. A bit overboard perhaps but I prefer to be safe than sorry.
