I used them last year and they were fine, I got all the cheques within the stated time period.
I started a new contract back in July/August in which they sent me an email saying to print the e-mail off everytime i sent a claim in and it would act as the claim voucher.

I sent in 5 statments to cover the first 4 months and have been told that they will not pay as it is the first 4 statements they require. I was under the impression that the cash backs are paid after being on the contract after 4 months not after 3 months but now I will not get any cashback at all off them as I applied in excess of 28 days after 4 statement.
Is there anything I can do? If not please do not make the same mistake as me!stay lucky!0 -
Buymobile phones.net have not responded to my emails enquiring my cashback
I sent the 4 bills as requested,in the time limit. That was in July
Has anyone else got their cashback?how long did it take?
So what do I do now? Can I sue them?
do I send the next 4 bills as agreed?
Can I cancel the contract with O2, as they have not kept their side of it?0 -
I've also just sent my first four bills in and heard nothing , rang them up and they said that it takes up to two months and apparently they send it direct via bacs into your bank account. The worrying thing is that they couldn't tell me what the current situation was with my cashback, which doesn't give me a great deal of confidence. They also said i should email them to find out my current cashback status.0

You cannot cancel your o2 contract as your contract with o2 is independant to your cashback contract with buymobilephones. Perhaps you can threaten them with legal action.0

I have changed my bank account since signing up with them
I called buymobilephones, and was told I had to email them re cashback, which I did,but had no reply in over a month, except a copy of their T&Cs with no explanation
Is the contract not with BMP, who have failed to honour their side of it?
therefore the contract ceased to exist?
so why should I go on paying O2?0
