Hi, I've taken out a contract on a sony ericsson S500i with Vodafone 500mins/250 texts package, 12 months contract with 12 months cashback. Do I need to instruct vodafone to set up an itemised bill to gain my cashback? I've seen other companies require an itemised bill, but I can't for the life of me find anywhere that stipulates this with buymobilephones.net's t's & c's. Any help would be appreciated!
Cheers folks!0 -

Hi,
I have a contract with them for Orange and my bills are not itemised. As long as the original bill shows that you are on the same tariff you signed up for, all account details(address, name and tel) and that you are up to date with payment then it should be fine.
Obviously double check by e-mailing them but you should be fine sending the summary bill.

I've so far (with 2 contracts) not had a problem with this company. When I had the first bill covering 2 months, I emailed them for clarification and they were quite helpful0

You wrote you had the first bill covering 2 months. Which bills did you send then? Thanks

I think it was the first 5 bills (not the first 5 month). Therefore I sent 5 bills (covering 6 months). If in doubt, email them. I found then really helpful0

Help!
I have a 12 month contract with Buymobilephones.net which has a 12 month line rental redemption (i.e. I get all my line rental back).
I've just sent off the first set of bills but have been informed that, as I only have online billing, they won't accept these bills. At £30/mth line rental it will be expensive if I can't get the money back.
Below is the info they sent me when despatching the phone. The only additional info I have is that the vouchers themselves say that "photocopies and faxes will not be accepted".
Line rental refunds for 12 month contracts:
Line rental refunds and cash backs will be paid in four equal
parts; on month four, month seven, month nine and month twelve of your
contract.
Each claim is initiated by sending us your first five bills
within 14 days of the date of the fifth bill.
You must then send in your next two bills within 14 days of the date of your
seventh bill, the next two bills within 14 days of the bill date of the ninth
bill and your final three bills within 14 days of the date of the twelfth bill.
Acceptance of claims for the second, third and fourth instalment will depend on
acceptance of all previous claims.
Bills received after the period specified will not qualify for
line rental refunds or cash backs.
Bills must show no outstanding money from previous bills and
Claims are subject to you remaining on the same pay monthly
tariff as at the time of connection.
I'll be speaking with Consumer Direct tomorrow, but if anyone can provide me with advice/relevant info I'd be grateful.
Thanks,

Has anyone had success getting cashback from online bills?
I've sent my first 5 off today (special delivery) but have just received an e-mail from them saying they won't accept online versions. (Long story, don't ask)
As far as I can see their T&Cs don't exclude them specifically (only photocopies and faxes) and, as I have online billing, the printouts I've sent are my 'originals'
Any help gratefully received!MSE Parent Club Member #1Yummy slummy mummy club member50% slummy, 50% mummy, 100% proudImogen born Boxing Day 2006Alex born 13 July 20090 -

I don't think BMP accept online bills. Does your network provider not provide the paper originals?"He's a maniac, maniac that's for sure,
