They are unlikely to respond to the court. However, they will pay later.

Really? What's step if they don't respond to the court?!

Request judgement. After that there are a couple of options, but you will have to go through your local court at that point. I would expect them to have paid by then.

Someone else I watch over has also had their latest claim accepted in record time, so it is possible they really have sorted out their "issues". However, that's not your problem; proceed until the money arrives.

By the way, it's 14 days after the documents are deemed to have been served, which is several days after they are issued.

right, this isnt about cashback but just received from my new phone contract and phone from phones.co.uk who are part of this group.

ive changed my mind, anyone had experience of changing their mind within the 7-14 day period?

is it an easy enough call up, advise and get a refund once sending the goods back?

Just reporting in. On 30th I tweeted again as no money. They responded it had been processed but to allow 3-5 working days to show in my bank. Tweeted again today and they are investigating. Will tweet some more tomorrow.

Glad to hear you were paid Lynsey. :T

As long as the phone is unopened and you haven't used/activated the sim there shouldn't be a problem.

They have now done what they promised and right now I am actually well ahead of the game. They certainly wouldn't have done what they did if they were about to disappear and the lack of the usual flurry of killer deals when dealers are struggling with cash-flow has been re-assuring. One of my people is also up to date on 2 contracts, but another hasn't been paid for February claims despite two court judgements.

Unfortunately, still no response from them. I guess requesting judgement is my next step.

Also, I am requesting that they pay the full amount they owe over the duration of my contract, as they have effectively broken the terms and conditions. In the meantime, should I still send in cash back requests as time goes on?

You wouldn't succeed in claiming for future claims now - and in any case you would have needed to put that in your original claim if you did,

The answer to your last question is a definite yes; each claim is a separate issue.
