Letter Before Action .....you don't need a template, just quote the facts ie. it has not been despatched as promised despite many efforts to chase it up etc etc. Send it email with a follow up copy recorded if you wish.
They don't really have an email address for use - only the contact us page which is rubbish. Twitter help account keep fobbing me off and via the phone.
I'll just write a hard copy and post it with proof of posting giving 7 days notice.Never argue with an idiot. He will bring you down to his level and beat you with experience.

It may help to know that I've had substantial dealings and issues with this company this year. I have needed to take action several times, but I am satisfied that this isn't malicious or intentional - I think they have other problems which they are definitely trying to sort out.
The Customer Services girl I've spoken to cant understand it either as its in stock, has been approved but the warehouse just isn't sending it. Thanks for the advice though.Never argue with an idiot. He will bring you down to his level and beat you with experience.

Try enquiries - buymobiles.net. I haven't used the post, but if you do then add the costs of postage etc to the claim you will make (and court costs, plus statutory interest) in your claim. There is no need to send rc.0

Thanks for that - comprehensive email of the timeline, conversations, etc sent with a request for communication deadline before a LBA will be issued.Never argue with an idiot. He will bring you down to his level and beat you with experience.

Still no progress with my first cash back claim. Have requested judgement. Have also sent in my second claim, but had no receipt or acknowledgement for this one!0

All mine are up to date. Another of my people is having the usual problems, and I'm keeping a close on on that one too. I will make sure he gets paid (he's pretty good at keeping me informed and following my advice). He hasn't needed to sue so far, but this time that might be necessary.
Once you've requested judgement it can't be withdrawn, so even if the money arrives don't close the judgement until the court fee has also been received (I never use the word "paid" - that's something dealers use to placate people; strange how the money then either arrives weeks later or not at all!).0 -
In early August I had an email from them confirming they'd received and authorised my 3rd claim. As mentioned on here, it no longer contains a timeframe by which it'll be paid. In that case, assuming they don't pay it, when would you think was the time to send the LBA?
The money for this claim was paid into my bank account today with no chasing.
The previous claim was also paid not too long after I sent the LBA. All good.
Thanks for the advice on here, it was extremely helpful. I just wish I'd done a bit of reading before spending all that time ringing them & getting frustrated.0 -
I never call them. I never use recorded delivery. I always get paid (plus costs where required) as long as the dealer trades. I also watch over quite a few people to ensure they do things right and get their money.
Not sure if I referenced this earlier, but it's a game and if you play you need to know the rules:-

Just checked my Bank account and surprisingly they have now paid up the full cash back over the duration of my contract (including future claims). A success I think!
However, do I need to inform the court that they have now paid (since I have requested judgement)? Should this be withdrawn?0
