  • All our payments have been coming through as they should (one was lost by RM and had to be re-submitted but I think that was genuine).

There were some unmissable deals around October and there are deals now depending on the bundle, the phone and the overall cost. I hate waiting until the few months arrives and now am back to 9 contracts, with the biggest bundles having the longest duration. It won't stop me grabbing more if the deals are good enough, though I have now fallen out with CPW and that doesn't leave much!

    Payment showing today as paid.
Around 5 weeks, so not too bad.

Still not many good deals going around, but I've been lazy and haven't looked - well apart from re-furb deals last night!!

There are and have been. My last claim was acknowledged and accepted the day after I posted it (2nd class non-recorded) and all our claims are now getting paid faster than ever. Maybe it's all the law suits we implemented, but I've always found them good to deal with and think they went through a very difficult period when Vodafone and O2 stopped supplying them. I give them full marks for surviving and would now use them again should a good enough deal appear. However, they are always going to be relatively high risk - but I do not believe they are deliberately dishonest or trying to fleece customers in any way (as some have in the past, including CPW).

To be honest MJ I would disagree with that, whilst they may have improved the cashback situation, the recent antics of them claiming back outrageous figures using the T&C's is disgraceful !
They've definitely gone off my list of suppliers and been added to the list of ones to avoid.
It's not just about the money

Well, I understand that. However, I've always extracted payment and never broken the t&c and there aren't many alternatives unless you don't mind actually paying for your mobile use.

Claim number 4 in - 2nd class normal post.
Accepted quickly and advised to wait up to 10 weeks for payment again.
See if they pay as quickly as claim number 3.

Deals are pretty dire at the minute!!

Yep. And not many deals around now. I can't find any where I'd make my usual profit.
