My experience with buymobilephones.net is going well so far.
Took out x2 18mth contracts 13th Jan 2012. Phones delivered quickly and numbers ported over efficiently.
15th Jan 2012 first bill issued, making 15th April the 4th month at which point I would make my first of five claims.
24th April, printed off all 4 months of bills and posted using the "signed for" service at Royal Mail.
26th April, got email from BMP.net say that BACS payment for cash back claim would be made within 14 days from 25th April.
So will wait until 9th May for payment, before calling becomes necessary.
Quidco had tracked successfully and has since been paid. I even managed to sell the 2 phones I originally got and bought my own outright.
I mis-read the email, payment was 14 days from 25th May, not 25th April.
On 28th May, I got the payment from BMP.net direct to my bank account.
So far so good!0 -
DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY!
They do send out gifts after a long wait, but unless you are the lucky one where everything happens to go well, then you are in for months of trouble.
They delivered my new 42" LG Plasma tv with the screen smashed! Not in just one place but 4. I phoned up to tell tem it was broken and they could not care less. They keep telling me to go to LG directly and deal with them. But this is not right, LG have told me that my warranty does not cover accidental damage.
I have been to consumer direct who are supporting me with legal action but since this is a 'free gift' they are sticking with their party line of "they do not have to replace or reimburse". The legal action is just going to cost too much.
All I hope is that others do not fall for their attractive offers. Stay away from these sick theives.0 -

Perhaps you should have gone for the cash option? I find its usually better value then the free gift options.0 -
Is there any deal that returns all your line rental and you get the phone effectively free? I am looking for greater than 400min and will be happy with very basic phone.0

check deals on refurbished phones - some get very close to being free PROVIDED you get all the cashback. Make sure you understand what you are signing up for before you do it!0

Not that easy - if you want the best deals you need to find them first. Also try mobiles.co.uk0

If you can survive with 200 minutes have a look at Ovivo New Network. 200 minutes 200 Texts Free indefinitely.0 -
As with comparison sites, this one isn't always accurate. The first deal shown is far more expensive than suggested.
There are several comparison sites - it's usually much more effect to check them all. I commonly find deals on one which don't appear on the others as well as deals which don't actually exist. Each site can have the best - and accurate - deals at times when others do not. However, cashback isn't something which should be blundered into so it's probabaly a good thing that it isn't always so easy to find the best deals.0
