Hey there, new member here so I apologise in advance if these are stupid questions or I'm posting in the wrong section or something. I've had a look through the thread and didn't see anything so I figured I would just ask.
I've been considering getting this:
buymobilephones.net/mobile-phones/Apple/Apple-iPhone-4S-16GB-Black/O2/O2-300-(24mths)-Internet-All-Rounder/13131387
So my question is really, would it be £32 or £30.96 a month? And what is the cashback thing?
Again, sorry if this is a stupid question I just want to make sure I'm not being an idiot and signing up for something I don't fully understand.0 -

£32-£25/24=£30.96And what is the cashback thing? When will I receive my automatic cash? Automatic cashback will be paid by BACS directly into your bank account to which the Direct Debit mandate was set up for. This payment will be made automatically approximately 90 days after receiving your new mobile phone. No vouchers or claim is required.

Hi
I recently placed an order on buymobilephones.net for the new Galaxy S3, on O2 for 16.50pm and £230 up front.
They have just emailed to say O2 require a £100 refundable deposit to process the order? Is this normal? It sound a bit dodge, which is why i decided to post on here.We are in the process of connecting your mobile phone.
In order to provide you with your phone o2 are requesting a refundable deposit of £100. This would be charged to your debit or credit card and refunded in full at the end of your contract.
Action Required:
Please contact us on 0844 880 8100 to confirm how you would like us to proceed.0 -
It is normal if your credit history is empty or not good.0

I've had this just twice with my lot; £100 is extremely low in my experience!0

Yup had the same thing with my first Orange contract (back in 2000) - they kept it for 3 months and then returned it.0

My son had easily got Orange contract (without a deposit) in the summer between a school and a university. Before this he had only a bank account, most likely without an overdraft.0

I've used BMP successfully before - purchases an on-contract HTC ChaCha from them in March, free PS Vita. Phone and Vita both arrived next morning, contract is as described, and got my £30 auto cash back on time. No complaints.0
