0845 800 1020 ( UK only ) or +44 (0)1534 877 595 ( outside UK ). Our
opening hours are 9am - 8pm Monday to Friday and 9am - 5pm Saturday and

I've tried to contact (I'm italian) but a voice speak me that we have a problem with the calling...:S0 -
I've just had my account suspended/closed - because I forgot to update my card details. My Play.com account shows as suspended, but my PlayTrade account shows as closed! I'm going to ring them tomorrow, but has anyone else found themselves in this situation as a PlayTrade? I had bunch of funds left in my PlayTrade account. Have any PlayTraders here had this happen, and did you get your Playfunds back?0

Yes, it happened to me. I didn't have any funds in my playtrade account because I have only sold a coulpe of DVDs in the past. But I also purchased from PlayUSA so I just logged into that account and updated my card details, this then "unlocked" my account on Play, so I didn't need to contact them.0 -

They have been hit and miss for me by e-mail TBH.
Phoning them is perhaps a better bet.
I have used 01223202016 before, but IIRC that was for an issue I had with PlayTrade, so you may need to find another number or maybe they will redirect your call if necessary.0 -
cheers for this. changed my card expiry date on the site so that should stop anything fraudulent going through, if the account is hacked.0
