Well its funny, as yesterday I just had a phone call from the bank saying someone had copyed my card! :mad:

I also get this email when changing my card details from one of the 'Test' cards to my real card to make a purchase, and then changing them back to the 'Test' card.

Can't believe this!! This is appalling on their part. I haven't used them for some time, but when I have in the past their dealings have been most professional. Reputation?

Ive just had my credit card fraudulantly used and it may be a coincidence but play is 1 of the websites ive recently used, i noticed theres a padlock and a red exclamation mark in the bottom right corner of the page, does this mean the page is unscure, whats weird is that on my laptop the padlock isnt there on play.coms site

Well today my account was stopped as i found out after phoning them when i could not log in. They just told me to reregister as my account was closed, when asked why she said because there was some fraudulent activity. When speaking to the fraud dept they told me it was closed as had test card details and as multiple people have the same test card number it flags up. He has now sorted it out but watch out if you are using these test cards.

I thought why not just change your exp date then no one can use your card and it stops play from getting a flag up for duplicate card numbers.

Given the number of people that have done this, and the limited number of people that have reported this problem, it seems fair to assume this is a recent change. Very sneaky of Play if it is though.
