Pessimistic I know, but I think 2010 has it spot on and that the £12 sale is a thing of the past especially for London area. Love to be proved wrong, though!

It`s a thing of the past up to the end of March 2013.

The next £12 will be for Apr/May/June.
It could even be for the whole 9 month period from April onwards.
A couple of years ago they did it for the whole of the following year.
Very hard to plan ahead for such a long period.

Managed to get sale rooms for Dewsbury, Swansea, LLanelli and Loughborough to suit my dates.

London has some £19 or £25 at the well known dives around Kings Cross/Farringdon/Liverpool St. areas, and the odd night at Covent Garden or Southwark, not many blocks of days though.

Also some APRIL rooms as above.

Edinburgh have some good blocks of £15/£19 rooms, NO weekends though only Mon-Fri.

Glasgow/Fort William/Inverness also have some good blocks and DO include weekends.

Ive got some nice rooms as well, but my email for this sale, says it starts at 7am tomorrow...and although Ive always managed to book all my rooms before the official start time, its never been this early.....

Unless of course my email was late.....

Hi, not sure which email your talking about? If it's one from T/L I never get that despite being registered! My MSE one always turns up very late on the Wednesday, so I don't rely on that!!

Simple answer is to click on the Free MS Email "top deals" link in the box after about 11pm on the Tuesday night and see what pops up. Normally works for me, but don't tell everyone - oops.:D

New TL opening at Bethnall Green. Loads of cheapies and not far from the centre.

Fort William and Inverness have gone fairly quickly, and a lot are £19/£25 when they say £15...I did however manage to get a week out of them...

Now to try for a single night on the way up, and one on the way back....

• hi strange happenings, we booked to go to goodwood for this year 2013 in 2012 the orignial date for goodwood was 4th 5th 6th July 2013, we booked 3 rooms at the hotel and then tickets for goodwood, then goodwod changed the dates to 11th 12th 13th July, we tried to amend the saver rate at travleodge, but, to no avail, becasue the system will only let you rebook unless its at the saem rate you booked at (which will change very week) for in this case £79.00 (the new rate was £111 per room per night) the helpline was most un-helpfull (we dont care its your fault type of attitude, you should have read the t@c who dos?) travelodge will not reply to emails and letters, we took insurance which covers stuff you could never claim on !! so in this case we will not be able to amend the booking, but we will not cancel travelodge would then be able to re-sell the rooms, we will never use travleodge again and now use another chain who look to give good customer value and operate in the ethical manner we think this is an underhand way in which to make money, I would have gladly gave the money to help the heroes etc its not about the money its about how they treat you so now we are like many others an ex-customer thanks for reading and keep well people :rotfl:
