NatWest - Trusteer Rapport

Trusteer is a threat.
Absolutely agree.
I have been using Linux full time now on both my main desktop and my laptop for at least three years. The only Windows PC I use is my media centre which runs my projector.
So I can not use Trusteer anyway, even if I wanted to. Any bank that made Trusteer a requirement would not get my custom. I would just have to move banks. If all banks went that way, then it would just have to be the end of internet banking for me.0 -
I downloaded this software on to my new laptop in December (from the NatWest site)
Had nothining but problems since, computer completely crashed last week.
Have been told today that a virus was attached to the software and has now ruined my hard drive......would not recommend.0 -
I wish there was a way to 'switch off' the regular attempts to persuade me to download this rubbish.0

Norwich & Peterborough website insist on installing the program every time I try to check my account.
I DO NOT WANT!0 -
Santander keep asking me to download it but there is no way I would. It caused my previous computer to totally "overload".0

Do they know that Rapport is a brand of erectile dysfunction devices?"It will take, five, 10, 15 years to get back to where we need to be. But it's no longer the individual banks that are in the wrong, it's the banking industry as a whole." - Steven Cooper, head of personal and business banking at Barclays, talking to Martin Lewis0

Because when idiots have other keylogging software installed without their knowledge the banks end up paying for it.urs sinserly,
