Amex Nectar. Not got your points - resolution!

I have emailed Amex twice about my missing points. No reply yet. Have had 2 statements and still only got 2000 points. I plan to keep on going until I get them.0

My wife has had NO points at all despite purchasing an item in January!
Email was responded to with the promise of (6038) points being added last Friday +100 (for inconvenience) but No points yet!Thank you for your email regarding your missing Nectar bonus points.
We sincerely apologise for the length of time it has taken in getting these points added to your account.
On Friday 10th February your points were credited to your American Express Nectar Credit Card Account. To thank you for your patience we have also credited an additional 100 bonus Nectar points to your account.
If you have already received your Credit Card statement this month, you may not see that your points have been added. However please be assured that this has been done and they will appear in your following month’s Credit Card statement.
If you have access to your statement online, you will be able to see that your points have been added by logging onto www.americanexpress.co.uk from 15th February.
Statement is due next week so I'll be checking then.

It does seem a bit hit and miss with Amex. I waited patiently for my second statement and the whole 6000 points are on there. :j0

Exactly the same for me, I've also tried a couple of phone calls, I guess I should be thank full that I've got the 2000 points!!!0 -
Got this reply back after a number of days-:
Thank you for your email regarding your missing Nectar bonus points.

I checked on the American express website and although they have not yet been sent to nectar, they have given me over 9000 points ! why? I don't know
so you need check what is waiting to be added onto your nectar account via the american express website, just click on rewards and it will tell you how many points.0 -

Hi. I got exactly the same email today. I have checked the Amex website but no points are showing there yet. Have emailed again to ask what is happening. No reply yet.0 -
It may take 24 hours or so to show om american express, I did not check for a day or so.

We all are getting same (standard) reply but no points !!All I ask is the chance to prove that money can't make me happy.0

Great news my extra points are now showing on the american express rewards page - not yet transferred to my nectar account.0
