Amex Nectar. Not got your points - resolution!

I got my Nectar cc bill on Saturday - I nearly droped my coffee. They've given me 7200 points which brings my total to 12,421 :eek: Im please to say that my Christmas is paid for already :beer:

thanks, didn't think of argos, when i looked on the nectar site it appeared to all be "things" like a trampoline.

Adams appears best value but don't have any kids. so £40 off sainsburies bill or at Argos for me then.

I also applied for the Amex Nectar card in December and was thrilled at the propsect of getting 6000 points. Can't contain my eventual delight when because the didn't credit my points when they said they would, they finally credited my Nectar account with 11,200 points. Hurrah. Christmas 06 already paid for!!!!!! :j

Has everyone else had a response from the special email address moneysupermarketqueries@aexp.com?

I emailed Amex 3 weeks ago and they never bothered to respond. Phoning Amex has also been a waste of time!

Does anyone have any suggestions on how to get the points I'm still owed?

Fair point, however, if I add them to the other 11,000 I've already saved, I pretty much got it sorted and still have April to November to continue to save my Nectar points.
