Amex Nectar. Not got your points - resolution!

I was lucky that I got all 6000 points plus 100 ppoints for the delay..

Finally got my missing 4,000 points after 4 telephone calls and 2 letters and 6 week wait after the 1st 2,000 points.

I have now used to 6,000 points on some shopping at Sainsburys, all from spending £4.24 on the Amex card. I now intend to cancel the card.

Don't blame you after this fiasco. I am still missing the 1000+100 said they credited 2 weeks ago. Still no sign of it on the Amex site, which still shows a total of 5024.

Company has gone down the pan, so I will close this card next month anyway. And they can have their Blue Amex back too.

Anything America touches is a disaster ... Iraq, Manchester United, .....

I received "10th Feb" Email last week and today my 2nd statement...still no sign of missing points....

I have just been and checked on the AMEX website and my points show when I click the rewards tab - Hope this is not a silly question but have you registered on the website?
If so then I guess there must be a problem with the registration as I seem to be able to view everything fine.

Sorry don/t know what else to suggest!

Just a thought did you try the americanexpress.co.uk site. Initially i got it wrong I tried to sign into the americanexpress.com site.

Help! I tried to use that link to claim the rest of my Nectar points and all I get is an error message! Fatal Login Error. hr = 80041505, f = 5

Thanks for the email link Martin. I emailed them about 2 weeks ago and yesterday received a reply apologising for delay and over credited my points as a gesture of goodwill!
