    Just tried to do this, but the amex rewards system is down - so I will try again tomorrow.

    Martin... as you have been in discussions with AMEX - would you be able to give us an idea of their timeframes for turnaround of messages as there are clearly more than a few people here whose emails are not being reponded to??? :confused:

    Just received a reply from amex that points are credited on 10th Feb, but I still cannot see them on online statement !!
    All I ask is the chance to prove that money can't make me happy.

    Me too, same date. Nothing new in the Amex Rewards area of their website or the Nectar website.
