Checked my Nectar statement today and I only got 1,000 points! Seems i did not do as well as some other people!.
Have used your e-mail link Martin and will await a response.
Lets hope it works, it seems from previous postings that it is. Hurray for people power, or should i say Martin power!0 -
Well I emailed on Monday as soon as I'd read this thread, and... no response at all.
I obviously didn't send my card details but I sent through my address and name, and have just sent another email asking for confirmation that it is being processed.
Companies really should send through confirmation-of-reciept emails for things like this. It's not hard after all.0 -
Just for the record... Amex have now transferred into my nectar account the full 6000 points.

I got the email from them on 13th telling me that my missing points plus an extra 100 points for inconvenience would be credited by 15th.
I have today checked and you guessed it - no points.
I feel another email coming on and more extra points required for yet more inconveneince.0 -

Have you checked on the AMEX website as my points are showing on the rewards page there but are not yet showing on my NECTAR account!
