    Thanks Martin for all the hard work you have put in to resolve this shambles. Without your input I am sure that nothing would have happened. I have received my final 4000 points today. Also, I have received £100 from Barclays after I opened an account and complained so much about trying to find out if I qualified for the £100 bonus. I am unsure if I qualify for a further £100 after two months or perhaps got the bonus early to shut me up!! It has been a great week all round as the case of 12 bottles of wine from Smile arrived as well. Keep up the good work. Youre a star!!

    As per earlier posting last Friday most of the promised points were processed but a few remained outstanding. Rang again on Friday followed up by a confirmation e mail and this morning, the next working day, it is finalised.

  • I recieved an email from the address that Martin gave us this morning, apologising for the length of time it has taken to credit my points and giving me an extra 100 points to apologise!!!

    How long did it take you to receive the email from them?
    I have still heard nothing from them, but I did only mail them 2 days ago. checked my balance again this morning but I still have only the 2000 points credited.
