  • I finally got my extra nectar points today. I used the email address and although they didn't reply within 24 hours, when they did reply it was sorted out. They even gave me 100 extra points for the inconvienience.

    One happy moneysaver!!

All right for some. I have given up on these incompetents and have closed the card.

After 2 emails and about 3 phone calls I have finally been credited with the full 6000 points and as an added bonus received a further 3200 (odd number I know!) as an apology for the inconvenience. I'd say stick with it and don't give up getting what you are rightly entitled to.

Took 2 e-mails, but have now been told that 7000+ Nectar points will be added to my account. Which means that there will be in excess of 9000 points in total. (Have already been credited with the initial 2000).

Martin, you are a STAR here as well as on telly. Well done.

I assume you mean your Nectar account (not your Sainsburys account).

But yes, points are transferred once per month about a week before your bill is produced.
