    Yep i am !!
Dont see anyone else paying my Morgage and Bills !

    :T

No that's right, and why the hell should they? Greedy people who think that the world owes them a living ruin everything for everyone else. No one forced you to get a mortgage, and ripping someone else off to pay for it is the right way to go about things yeah? We are all finding the downturn hard, yet some people's true colours shine through in such circumstances.

Does anyone her ever think about the poor sod that made the mistake !!! It could have been you, unless of course you are perfect in all you do. If you were given the option of canceling your order so that someone could keep their job, what would you do. I don't think this is in the true spirit of Martin Lewis or this site. But who cares about anyone else these days. MM

Lets live in a society where mistakes don't count. Softy soft now...

I Brought 323 items of the site
Phoned them today and they sayed it was a mistake on the site and that they had cancelled my order even though they have sent me a conformation email saying what item i brought.
Checked with the bank and the money has come out of my account
panasonic said that they had not accepted the money and cancelled the order.
I thought that if you had brought something from someone and payed for the item they had to sell the item at the price stated.
It is easy for them to say that they have cancelled my items and that they cancelled the payment to fob me off so that they do not have to send the items

Where do we stand on this ??

    Matt

Well you could go to court and say you really thought those items were worth £3.23 and that you were genuinely mislead, and let the jury decide. Did that include delivery ??
  • I paid extra for delivery
Panasonic have a lot of money so i dont think i will go to court
I thought it was worth a try

Yawn. I'm sure this must be a joke. Panasonic don't necessarily have a lot of money sitting around doing sweet f.a.- their shareholders are the investors who shoulder the risk, and that's not just rich faceless men in suits, that's people investing their life savings, pension funds managing the money we live on when we retire, (if ever).

But go ahead and rip them off cos you 'thought it was worth a try'. What would you do if they had to honour your absurd transaction and the company went bankrupt, causing tens of thousands to lose their jobs, shareholders to lose possibly their life savings and so on, yours and my pension funds decimated...?
