  • I believe that once something has gone the the till a contract has been made. If no money has chenged hands then I believe there is nothing they can do, but for those who have had money taken out of there banks I believe that you have made a contract.

    As already previously been stated if it obviously a blatant mistake, the contract can be declared void.

    I don't think anybody genuinely thought that the items were being sold for 1p
