I Brought 323 items of the site
Phoned them today and they sayed it was a mistake on the site and that they had cancelled my order even though they have sent me a conformation email saying what item i brought.
Checked with the bank and the money has come out of my account
panasonic said that they had not accepted the money and cancelled the order.
I thought that if you had brought something from someone and payed for the item they had to sell the item at the price stated.
It is easy for them to say that they have cancelled my items and that they cancelled the payment to fob me off so that they do not have to send the items
Where do we stand on this ??
Matt
If you look at my post number 26 in this thread, you will see exactly where, at law, you stand.0 -
I find it astonishing that people genuinely think they will be able to pick up a dozen or so tv's for the price of a bar of chocolate.
Genuinely lost for words.0 -
This is like the B&Q Diswasher thread all over again......
No one got those either.... (and I was one of them that tried)I want to be credit card and loan free by Christmas 20100 -
Do you seriously think you'll get anything at all - like Panasonic are going to say "oh great this guy ordered 323 items at 1p - lets give them to him - we can take the £30,000 loss " - Dream On !!!!!!!!I Brought 323 items of the site

I know. i really don't think anyone genuinely thought TVs etc were going for £0.01, but if they did then i am equally astonished.
I think these are the same people that end up sending thousands of pounds to alleged royalty in Nigeria in the hope of sharing in their millions."Sealed Pot challenge" member No.1378 -

One of the big food chainstores last christmas were doing a deal for 3 crates of beer for a £10, insted of £20
they had put up the wrong price, they had to let all of the people that had picked up the 3 crates to buy them
I know the Money value if abit different but its just the same.0 -

Dont be daft thats completely different!
If thats what you really think then you have got A LOT to learn about people my friend!
I ordered a few bits off the panasonic website pretty much knowing I wouldnt get them for a 1p but if there was the slightest chance that I might then I was prepared to take that chance. To me these sort of things are pretty much risk free as the money will get refunded anyway.
Not as risky as investing in the shares you keep going on about!Missing Tesco R&R since Feb '07 :A & now a "Tesco veteran" apparently!0
