but when I said..oh I don't want any PPI, he said, it's not that...! and then he started to talk crap about mobile statements and repayments, and paper statements..and that it was only 1.9% of the bill so to avoid upsetting him and getting declined I said ok! :P but I will definetely cancel as I don't need it! I tried the number above but it doesn't work! i'll try with 0871 when I get the card and details of myvanquis
also, can somebody explain me this plz:
nterest-free periodUp to 56 days interest-free on purchase transactions only, where you have paid off two or more consecutive current statement balances in full and on time
...can u use the card everywhere? in every store? what about paypal?
when does the statements generally come thru? do you have to pay before it says..please pay by.. to avoid the late fees?0 -
Just tried the 0800 number and it works, you need to choose option 2 and input your card number then your DOB.
You have already been accepted by this point - they're just trying to sell you something extra.

you do realise that 0800 numbers aren't free on the mobile? What I do is call 01250820800 and, after following the instructions, it will connect you to a freephone number for free.BCSC Member 70:j

I don't wanna end up paying a ridiculous amount on interest..I Understand why he said, oh it's better minimum amount..yeh, FOR YOU!
then he went to PPI, that I rejected but he sold another thing that I didn't really get and it was about paper statements and mobile thing, sold for 1.9% of the total amount of the bill... what the hell is that? i need the paper statements and stuff, but anyways, is it possible to cancel it?
I rejected right away the cash in advance saying I didn't need it! then he went on and on and on...

Don't worry about d/d when I was approved I set one up, and canceled the dd when I received my card. I prefer to pay using online banking.0 -

I got a bolt on from Vodafone for £2.50 and it allows 0800/0808/0500/0845 and 0870 calls to come out of my inclusive minutes.
Bonza!!I spent 25 years in the mobile industry, from 1994 to 2019. Worked for indies as well as the big networks, in their stores also in contact centres. I also hold a degree in telecoms engineering so I like to think I know what I’m talking about 😂0 -
Does it include 0844 and 0871? As more and more companies are switching to these...Cashback Earned ¦ Nectar Points £68 ¦ Natoinwide Select £62 ¦ Aqua Reward £100 ¦ Amex Platinum £48
