Now that is impressive! BUT that is to force them to stop dealing with you electronically. This would be a temp measure until you sort out orange which means you'd not get refused credit just because of your file as it would be looked at manually by someone.

I'd be tempted to put that to Experian in your letter and see the reply you get - you'll be surprised but when they send it i've got the reply you need to send back and will post it when you need it......
