That said, my card is active (I spent £2500 on it to stop them closing it lol)..... but they have now charged me £25 for exceeding my o/d when I was £11 overdrawn - even though they reduced it and sent the letter 3 days after it was reduced - how was I to know that they'd reduced it and to credit the account? So i've threatened court over it and will follow it through unless they sort it out!
I also want my behaviour score restoring to its previous level as its now in the 40's due to their balls-up. I'll take this to the hilt if needs be, out of principle (if only they knew who they were dealing with!)...
My other thought is that they've cottoned on that i'm niddy boy

I think its to do with the past account (ID Fraud) - they want me to go into branch for interview, i'm like no thanks! I'm not going for a job - who do they think they are? I'd sooner close my account than to jump at their every whim
They done an account review (I think) which led them to see my searches (presently in excess of 130) and my 2 x cifas entries. I can only therefore assume this is the cause or like you say, CAIS....
Yea, whilst I appreciate it is a full account i'm more than happy with my coventy callsave moneymanager II account2010 - year of the troll

Yea - summat dodgy must have gone on mate.... maybe they want to arrest me in branch :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
Shame - I reported my passport stolen and the account(s) were opened after this date using the old passport as ID. Not my fault is it

Exactly mate - that's what i've thought. I mean, I aint bothered about no fraud investigator - maybe they forget i'm a head of fraud in my job and I investigate more than they probably do on a daily basis
I'd love to see his face though cos i'd turn the tables and start quoting the law to him to see if he knows his stuff - obviously he'd then ask me how I was clued up to which i'd simply reply 'cos i'm a damn good fraudster and know the law' :rotfl::rotfl:

Innocent_Guy wrote: »What exactly are the accusing you of?
Nothing mate - but I know my passport was stolen and he opened accounts with HSBC. They must have linked the fraudulent account to mine and cos the photo *may* be the same - they think its the same person or whatever. I honestly don't know but like I say, i'll not be going in - for what? To be bombarded with inappropriate questions without due warning?
Hardly likely mr HSBC! :cool:2010 - year of the troll
