Wonder what the next "leap" is likely to be and when it will happen, apparently, you go from £750 to £1250....

  • The thing that annoys me about vanquis is you cant go online to view balances etc and make payments!

capital one have it, and its dead handy!
When dealing with the CSA its important to note that it is commonly accepted as unfit for purpose, and by default this also means the staff are unfit for purpose.

I'm sure it is possible to get balances via an 0800 number with Vanquis.

    Hi guys,

I applied for a Vanquis card 6 months ago and was declined (Wasnt on the E/R at the time)

I reapplied today, which is 6 months to the day of the previous decline, and I got the response of 10-14 days, however no search is showing up on Credit Expert.

Does anyone know whether they search your record immediately? It might be that it's still showing on their system as not being the total 6 months yet, and the application has been automatically deleted (Their account team say they do this if it's within 6 months!)

    Cheers
    Aaron
