the one piece of hand luggage is to remind people who have difficulty counting to one that they are only allowed one piece of hand luggage, not one piece plus a handbag plus a small rucksack plus a bag from Boots with a few snacks plus a bag from WH Smith with today's newspapers plus a bag full of your tax paid baccy, booze & smellies...0
