RBS have just sent me my SAR and it only had my MINT statements but not any other stuff from past credit cards (RBS, TESCO etc).
Would I have to send off for them individually?
Are they supposed to send back the items you sent to prove your identity?
Also before I forget again should they of sent me a copy of my credit agreement for my MINT card?
Thanks0 -
You only need the card number and reasons for mis sell to put a claim in,they have sent you statements this should show ppi,so you could put a claim into mint.
You need to contact RBS and tell them your SAR did not include info on the other items.0 -
Yep PPI was on my MINT account so im preparing my claim.
Thanks I emailed them and got a response saying they will contact the department, the person is quite good he has helped me out a lot with the DSAR departments awkwardness over the last month.
On a different note I was taken back by the shabby envelope they sent me my statements in, not even recorded delivery lol0 -
Hi can I ask who who make cheque payable to if you are sending an SAR? Also is it best to send a postal order or cheque?
thanks0 -
I believe it is the bank that you want you want the info from.
Either would be fine,but i would use a cheque.0 -
thank you for the information. Answer seems so obvious now thinking about it!
