Sar Letter

Hi

I'm about to send a SAR letter to MBNA - would this cover my Virgin & Halifax Credit Cards or would I need to SAR them individually?

Dont know about Halifax I think you have to send off to the Halifax for that one but I may be wrong but Virgin yes, I claimed on my Virgin card and I delt with MBNA.

Anyone know how long lloyds tsb take to reply to a sar request?

Organisations must normally provide the information requested (or their refusal), within 40 days (15 school days if a school). Most send an acknowledgement first.

Ok thanks for the quick reply, if lloyds are anything like they are withh ppi complaints i might be waiting a while

When I made my complaint to RBS over the phone the bloke told me we shouldnt have to pay for SAR anymore he mentioned something about the rules changing.
Anyone know anything about this?

I am going to write to HSBC to request agreement numbers on two loans ive had with them and also the credit card i have, I assume they would enclose the agreement documents etc.....

Do i need to enclose a cheque for a pound in the letter and could someone please give me an example on what i need to put in this letter?

Hi just wanted to let people know I emailed credit expert(free trial) and they sent me the full account numbers and dates they where started in the post a few days after I requested them, just thought I would mention it

Full account numbers, not just the last 4 digits ? That's interesting !
