The two trolls are in form tonight but before it was game over and the crash had started they were no where to be seen..then they decide to turn up but in reality it is game over the crash is here and no one can deny that but the two trolls have taken up the slack left by far more intellectual bulls than them,,,,It is nice to see the value of your house going up'' Why ?
Unless you are planning to sell up and not live anywhere, I can;t see the advantage.
If you are planning to upsize the new house will cost more.
If you are planning to downsize your new house will cost more than it should
If you are trying to buy your first house its almost impossible.0 -
We can all find statements or links on the internet, which might side with your own views for a argument, but that does still not change the facts i provided when i started the thread which are there on right move for you all to see, someone making a statement dont mean sxxt!!! has that his their personal opinion, not whats there in front of you..

As for being a clown I take it as a compliment - I believe I saw you once in the tent whilst I was performing - you were that small baby elephant flying around!0 -

The only FACT you've given is an estate agent who wants potential customers to see that HIS agency is selling houses.....so even if only an offer had been made could have put it up as SSTC.....just like the house I veiwed today...which I was told had been SSTC but he was still willing to show me....and when I pointed out I have a large deposit just so happen to say that the FTBuyer had had his 95% mortgage refused just this morning. If you find yourself in a fair fight, then you have failed to plan properly
I've only ever been wrong once! and that was when I thought I was wrong but I was right0 -
