so why view then?? who said you went away i never did.

I think you will be alright buying in july, but its typical you say first time buyers are not back and there you are out viewing.

you have a short memory i remember having a discussion with you before last year and you made the statement about offering so much for a house to a estate agent.

you need to get a life today you have been going round new bulids and viewed another house and your not even n a position to buy, i personally think you telling porkie pies.

personally I don't care what you think.....and again how can I (a FTB) come back when I never went away?? (your the one thats going on about me coming back)

Its called gathering info...getting a feel how things go when you view a house.....so I don't walk in blind......After all my job is in Reconnaissance!*

I even check out different heating systems to make sure I know what each one is when I view a house so I'm not paying huge bills

I sit a search through mortgages

I even read about party wall laws and shared access laws just incase it comes up when I'm viewing

*is a military term denoting exploration conducted to gain information

You may be confused but I won't be when I buy a house

And I'm really sorry I didn't announce it on here when things in my life change...as punishment I will continue to let you bore me to death

I am always amazed how seemingly non controversial threads descend into mud slinging arguments.

When is someone going to realise that confused starts threads like

    - scramble for properties

    - ftb's flooding back

and then spends hours arguing his point - badly

There is a reason behind it - I will leave it to the more astute of you to work out....

for someone who thinks some first time buyers are not back, who has themselves goes round viewing houses all day you must have a very boring life or you are looking to buy yourself.

We dont even let people view are house unless they are first time buyers with a mortgage garantee, or someone who has had a offer on their house, im surprised you get so many viewings when you are not even in a position to buy.

My life is very fulfilled thank you.....being a soldier for the past 17 odd years does that to you

and seeing one house on a sat morning (another new build) doesn't really consitute viewing them all day now does it

scramble for properties made me laugh i went back to have a look at this thread and your mate silvercar who you have been licking up to all day, agreed whats wrong with bricks and mortar, how silly did you feel when he said that??

No one likes to lose a argument but you have to listen to other people opinions aswell, you dont accept you may be wrong some of the time, i know i may be wrong sometimes, you need to learn you might be wrong sometimes aswell.

If the interest on their savings is peanuts they may well invest some of it in property. As you say they are savers not gamblers, but what is a better investment, bricks & mortor or a plasma TV and a Porsche? If BTL is not attractive they could well move up the property ladder.

this is what he said he never changed it, maybe if you follow him around all day thanking him he might change it, or maybe he made his thoughts in the thread.;)

hahahahahaha!!!! clown taking people into threads to agree with you and they agree with the other person, how silly do you feel?????
