Peter Rollings, managing director of estate agent Marsh & Parsons in south-west London, said: "Now I'm seeing a lot more activity. but it's not turning into transactions yet. Prices aren't going up. I think they've already gone down 25% in London and maybe more in other parts of the country. In my view they're going to fall another 5%.It is nice to see the value of your house going up'' Why ?
Unless you are planning to sell up and not live anywhere, I can;t see the advantage.
If you are planning to upsize the new house will cost more.
If you are planning to downsize your new house will cost more than it should
If you are trying to buy your first house its almost impossible.0 -
