Have you ever seen the episode of Spongebob where a crabby patty is served with... NO CHEESE!!! :eek:Member no.1 of the 'I'm not in a clique' group :rotfl:
I have done reading too!

It is a serious matter I do agree, it would really annoy me if I did not get the accompaniements advertised and if the salad was not nice and fresh it would also annoy me.
Companies forget that the little things really annoy customers and have an effect on them returning. For the sake of some tomato and the staff being abrubt they have lost a customer and probably their friends for life0 -

Am I detecting a hint of sarcasm? A soupcon of ironic derision?0 -

I refuse to go to Wetherspoons any more as I dont think I have had to complain about a company as much as them. I did a tour around Devon, and in each of the 5 Wetherspoons that I visited, I had to complain in each one. Meals not available, (not the odd one, but the main publicised meal), food still frozen, cold food, lack of staff, no wi-fi available, people jumping their 'unsystematic' queue......the list goes on and on. Dont expect a refund or PR vouchers or anything should you compain either.0

i'd have complained about the frozen bun rather than lack of tomatoes.......hang on a min, i wouldnt even set foot in one of them places againloves to knit and crochet for others0

ive never had a problem and the staff are always nice but you got upset over no tomato BIG dealReplies to posts are always welcome, If I have made a mistake in the post, I am human, tell me nicely and it will be corrected. If your reply cannot be nice, has an underlying issue, or you believe that you are God, please post in another forum. Thank you0

"deal priced at £4.69 each"
You should have paid full price OP to get the full burger0 -
I'd be glad to get mine with no tomato as I usually take it out anyway.
I like Wetherspoons burgers, but their chips are usually disgusting. Walkabout does nicer chips but I had to send a burger back three times in there for being undercooked! Response from them was "well, I would be happy to eat it like that!"0
