    thanks Ska_mna
    unfortunately it has to be in an english court, as any contract is made under the jurasdiction of english law.
    I will email T mobile and see what they say. However, as mobile rainbow were woefully inadequate in their paperwork, and also I didnt print the webpage which said what they were due me, I dont think I have a leg to stand on. But I'll try anyway, thanks!

    I also received a reply from Companies Investigation Branch who may look into Msols and their current trading position. If you've got a successfully CCJ against Msols Ltd and now cannot recover your debts, perhaps let these guys know;

    Thanks for that I have sent an email to the address you gave me. Hope others follow suit.

    Do you think we should follow the BBC watchdog route? If you do, let me know if you are interested and I will make some enquiries

    I have just reported Msols (Mobile Rainbow) to the BBC Watchdog programme. Hope they will come back to me.
    However it would be helpful and will add weight to our cause if EVERYONE who is owed money by them complains to Watchdog separately.

    The more complaints they have the more likely they are to investigate.

    Just written this on the watchdog online form:

    In February 2007 I took out a mobile phone contract with the above company, on a 12 month free line rental deal. However, when it was time to claim my cashback, the stated waiting time of 45 days came and went and I had not received my cashback payment. After fruitless emails back and forth, in which the company essentially lied to me several times, I took them to small claims court. They then paid the first cashback payment, and the second which was also due. I have now been due a third payment of £75 since December 07, which they have not paid and continue to lie about when I will receive it. I am reluctant to take them to court again as I have been in contact with other customers who have been ripped off by MSols, via the forum on MoneySavingExpert.com, who have taken court action recently, and the company appears not even to be responding to Small claims court action anymore. Therefore I have not taken further court action for fear of losing more money through paying court fees. Other customers have even sent bailiffs round, who have been unable to recover the monies owed as the company's office is a 'virtual office'. Please help us!
    Thank you.

    We shall see what happens! If everyone else could do likewise I'm sure we will be more successful.

    I received a call from someone from Companies Investigation Branch who requested I email some further details regarding Msols. I've sent copies of email correspondence and a summary of my Court Case. If you'd like to send material yourself please PM me for the email address (I won't publish it here out of respect for the guy's spam inbox).

    This might sound a bit far fetched, but could we get together and hire a private investigator, or just go and see a solicitor about all this? Just to see what they say.

    Lets wait for the result of the Companies Investigation Branch before we do anything else.
    They also have been intouch with me and I have scanned all my court documentation and sent it to them. They promised they would come back to me next Wednesday after liaising with Trading Standards. At this point he asked me not to divulge his email address since he doesn't not want to be flooded with emails but told me he may still need to hear evidence from other people. SO WATCH THIS SPACE.
