    I have been paid all the money owed to me without going to enforcement of the CCJ. I am very happy to get the money at last ... I can't quite believe it!! Good luck to everyone who is still claiming, and thank you all for your advice, particularly Quentin, who is excellent.

    Well I am glad you have been paid in full. Msols admitted they owed us the money and gave us a date to be paid by, but we disagreed with the date and asked for the amount to be paid by the 5th of June (today) the judge agreed with us. So today has come and gone with no cheque in the post. K271 did you have to go to a court hearing? Did you get paid by the date they said? Dont know what our next step is now have to contact the courts to find out. Thanks

    You can now enforce the judgement by applying for a warrant of execution from the court which has been dealing with your case.

    There is a fee for this (which gets added to the amount they owe you, and the warrant will be passed to the bailiff to get the money for you - if he can!)

    Yeh I thought that, but just makes you think is it worth doing that as its another £55.00 and heard that Watford office is a virtual one. I have two contracts with them and my partner has one so it would be another £110.00 . Can not understand why they pay some and others. As I say should have recieved cheques today but just wondering if they have posted them today not sure. But thanks for reply Quentin you are a great help to everyone. Thanks again.

    Is the Parade House, Watford office definitely virtual? That's not good if we need to get the bailiffs in. In the past where I have had to send bailiffs to virtual addresses (2 occasions for cases through my workplace), they simply end up coming back with a note saying that there's no-one at that address. Leaving you pretty screwed really! Anyone know what happens in this situation?

    (This talk of bailiffs shows how much confidence I have off them paying now my judgement has been filed, eh!)
  • I dont know for certain, just what i have read and heard from other people. So your guess is as good as mine. Can not help you or myself with that one. But it is so frustrating not knowing now what to do for the best.

    This perhaps the one?

    Ok, so anyone know what to do in this situation? You've taken the company to court, the CCJ has gone in your favour but the registered office of the company turns out to be a virtual office. Hence if the company fails to pay after judgement, the bailiffs can't touch them. Surely there is a route to take after this?

    Seems this has been discussed a bit here;

    (Sorry if I'm not supposed to cross link threads...)

    Can one send Bailiffs to an address other than the office that the CCJ was registered to?

    I just had an idea. Do you think we could somehow put pressure on the company which owns/runs Parade House to kick MSols out? If we did that then life would get a little harder for them. Just a thought. Maybe we could send them a few emails, directing them to this forum.
