Well I am glad you have been paid in full. Msols admitted they owed us the money and gave us a date to be paid by, but we disagreed with the date and asked for the amount to be paid by the 5th of June (today) the judge agreed with us. So today has come and gone with no cheque in the post. K271 did you have to go to a court hearing? Did you get paid by the date they said? Dont know what our next step is now have to contact the courts to find out. Thanks
Sorry for the delay Daisy ... I did go to court against msols and they were ordered to pay by 30th April. I checked on 1st May and had received nothing, however when I got my June bank statement I was amazed to see a bacs payment on 4th May for the full amount they owed me!! So there is hope ... I was just about to begin enforcement, so that saved me the expense of that.0 -
I am at present sending some emails in an agressive manner to see if I can get them to pay without the court route.
There customer number is also rubbish. 0870 8013651
It goes to a number in India I believe were the person merely picks up the phone and hangs up on you.
My other half is a solicitor and will go through it with me bless her heart, but has anyone had any success by simply agressively emailing them?Don't let the !!!!!! Turpin barstewards win!!0 -
Ha ha!! dont bother wasting your time or energy with that, if only it was that simple!:j  :j0

Jim: I really wouldn't waste your time with that. I tried a few firm emails/phone calls and they were either ignored or they replied with garbage about "technical problems" and assured me that I would be paid within 14 days. Which then turned into another 14 days, and so on. I'd honestly be very surprised if they pay up without you having to at least submit a claim online. Sorry.0

I have judgement against them, but so far no cash has been forthcoming.
Think this is now at the stage where I can kiss my money goodbye - they do not seem to be bothered by the mounting CCJs against them
Does anyone have a number to contact them directly to avoid the nonexistent indian call centre?0 -
Just did a search for them on Google...
Haven't tried the number but the address is the same.

Will be trying in 5 mins. If not my wife has said she will get the ball rolling with legal proceeedings.Don't let the !!!!!! Turpin barstewards win!!0 -
It is good to have a solicitor in the family to deal with legal proceedings, but for the benefit of others reading this thread who want to go down the legal route it should be pointed out it is not necessary to use a solicitor to use the small claims court. Anyone can use mcol to issue proceedings, and it is not necessary to involve or use a solicitor at all.0

Forget that number......
But found this also.... Another big knob from Msols, and his email address:
Rajneesh Kumar , Msols Ltd , rajneesh82@gmail.com
Think some emails will be going his way... not going to get anything from but the pleasure of annoying him. Will also use his email address to sign him up for a few things!Don't let the !!!!!! Turpin barstewards win!!0 -
Oh, and thanks for the replies so far.. all extremely helpful!!Don't let the !!!!!! Turpin barstewards win!!0

I took them to court and am still waiting for my money. Ended up getting a warrant of execution send to them but had to pay an extra £55. Still don't know if that was the right thing to do or if I am just throwing money away but its worth a try at least we can try and stop them doing the same to other people.
Will keep you updated on the baillifs findinds.0
