    Indeed, no more Bailiffs everybody - you're wasting your money. Go to court and get your CCJ and then report the situation to;

    Vetting.section@berr.gsi.gov.uk

    Doubtful that they can help us as individuals but perhaps we can get the company closed down and then recover something from the liquidated assets.

    You don't need to go to the expense of a ccj to be able to recover something as a creditor from the liquidated assets of a bust company, and having a ccj gives you no more priority over all other creditors.

    If you think they are going bust, then taking court action is just good money after bad!

    Ah, OK, fair enough. Surely it would help to have something definite down in writing though like a CCJ?

    (Oh and to everyone reading - don't take my word that they'll get forced into liquidation by the way - I don't have any definite proof. It's just my opinion that it seems it will go that way. They can't carry on like this, surely.)

    You have the contract ts & cs in writing.

    But if they go bust, don't worry there will be plenty of creditors.

    Though you should realise that no-one has got anything at all as a creditor of the cashback companies that have gone to the wall over the last year or so.

    So who's got connections to the Mafia on this forum then? Come on don't be shy. :wink:

    All is not over yet - there are a couple of fairly recent posts, (one late May, and another early June), in this thread from successful litigants who found the money turned up unexpectedly.

    Yes I suppose it's possible that they've got their fingers burnt and are now battening down the hatches and paying off their debts slowly and trying to draw a line under the whole thing, take the company in a new direction etc. Anyone know if they're still selling cashback deals with impossible terms?

    Then again, perhaps the directors are just keeping it going as long as possible while they stash their pockets from the cash register as slowly as possible without it appearing like a last ditch raid on the shareholder funds...

    Watching and waiting.

    I have been thinking exactly the same thing about the directors for a while now. But it would seem we are powerless to stop them unfortunately.

    Thats a good point Daisy. In fact who's to say they haven't disappeared off back to India to hide? And that idea does have basis because I read somewhere that the company is run by several Indians.
