Please take note:
I applied for the first three cashbacks & received nothing. I am an educated woman & did it by the book, according to their contract. After receiving nothing apart from promises of dates when the money was going into my account, I had to proceed with the courts. They wanted to contest my claim. I have learned from others that even if I win my case (costing me a total of £50 to take them to court) I will not get my cashback and the bailiffs (the final resort) can get nothing either, as it's just an address where they colect their post. I'm giving up!
I have however got Orange to complete a 'retailer feedback form'. If enough of us do this, complaining about the bad practice of Mobile Rainbow, Orange will stop supplying them and THAT WILL make a difference!
Lets HURT this company the way that they hurt our pockets. I will have lost over £300. I hope to loose Mobile Rainbow (MSOLS) the business of Orange! Stick with me on this one please :beer:0 -

"Orange recently reissued strict terms and conditions on cashbacks and we are working with our dealers to ensure high standards of customer service are met. Any retailer not conforming to our standards will be removed from our roster of distribution partners and will be stopped from selling Orange phones. We have already stopped working with over 100 dealers in the past 12 months who have not met our expected service standards."
Good luck!0 -
They no longer operate as a retailer, and don't sell orange phones any more (or phones for any other network).
They now operate as a mobile phone price comparison website.0 -
 Guys I have tried everything and after spending £75 on court and bailiff fees still have not got any further.
I have been intouch with the Companies Special investigation unit who are working with trading standards looking at the affairs of MSols, but unfortunately due to privacy laws they cannot disclose any information but they do have the power to close a company down.
Please email them on Vetting.section@berr.gsi.gov.uk or contact trading standards and let see if they have enough complaints they will at least be forced to take action.
PS. I have also written to the BBC watchdog but have had no reply.0 -

If any of you live in Watford maybe you would like to pay him a visit on all of our behalves. I wrote to him registered mail, he signed for it, but never replied to my letter. What a surprise.
Maybe we need to send the heavy mob in......0 -
I doubt that we can legally hold him personally responsible for anything though can we? Or can we sue him directly, or send the bailiffs to him or anything like that?0
-
No, he isn't personally liable.0

Lets see how he reacts as I am sure they look in from time to time on here. Sending the Bailiffs round to his house may change things a little...Don't let the !!!!!! Turpin barstewards win!!0

But would be a waste of time and possibly seen as harassment. Directors' liability with regards to their company is typically limited to their paid up share capital (probably a nominal sum). Bailiffs would have no legal basis to seize anything from a director's home.0 -
